One standard, every category
Condition is set at the bench before a unit ever ships, not guessed from a photo. The same five grades apply across iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and Apple Watches.
The standard
| Grade | Condition |
|---|---|
| A | Mint, no visible wear, clean glass and housing, healthy battery, looks new out of the box. |
| B | Light signs of use, minor scuffs or scratches on the housing, nothing visible through the glass or screen. |
| C | Heavy cosmetic wear or cracked glass/screen, fully functional regardless of appearance. |
| D | Functional with a named fault: battery health, a cracked back, a bad camera — the fault is always listed per unit. |
| DOA | Does not power on, sold for parts only, priced accordingly. |
Why it matters
Buyers price resale off the grade they receive, so consistency matters more than any single unit. Every lot we send is graded the same way, by the same standard, whether it's five units or five hundred.
Not after a complaint comes in.
Grade D always states what's wrong.
iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch.
